YOUR FREE INVITATION

Join us for an interactive event led by a leading panel of speakers specializing in tax – and estate planning strategies for high net worth individuals and their families. Increased global mobility has resulted in more mixed-citizenship, mixed-residence marriages and families. At the same time, the U.S. and other developed countries have become more sophisticated in attempts to follow and tax the overseas wealth of their citizens and residents. As a result, high net worth individuals, planners and advisers must have some knowledge of the income and tax rules of the U.S. and to know how the rules are applied.

International legal and tax specialists from the United States, Indonesia and Singapore will use their experiences to shed more light on the above issues for you and ensure you are on top of the latest jurisdictional structures and issues concerning multinational families with ties to the USA.

The speakers will focus on the following items:

  • Domicile and Residence practicalities
  • Implications on global Indonesian families and family business with ties and assets in the USA
  • Key issues for high net worth individuals and families and the U.S. Foreign Account Tax Compliance “FATCA”
  • Strategies and impact for cancelation of U.S. citizenship or green card status
  • Cross border Estate Planning for the Multinational family
