Nicely done, Jacques.

There’s much in that rant that applies to life in America today as well. From cradle to grave, from the school district and municipal government, to the county, state, and federal governments — We The People have allowed ourselves to be regulated, monitored, taxed, fined, controlled, and coerced in literally hundreds of ways that are simply *illegal*.
The U.S. Constitution is a law of *limitation* on the federal SERVANT that it also created and defined. The creature of the People and of the States, became our master — through our abdication, born of equal parts ignorance and fear.
Nation-states are indeed ‘social contracts’ in the sense Rousseau used, referring to the “general will” — but James Madison made it clear that in America, the tyranny of the majority could *never* transmogrify the severely limited (only 17 granted powers!) federal servant, into our master.
In fact, Article IV, Section 4 of the Supreme Law literally *guarantees* that the creators — the sovereign States — would forever retain all of their innumerable reserved powers (as of course, We The People retain ours), to bring our federal servant back in line. In other words, about 25% of its present scope, size, and budget.
Electoral politics will never perform that duty, and anarchy has never proven itself equal to human nature, over time. The answer was suggested by Ben Franklin, who posited that the framers had given us “a Republic…if you can keep it”. We The People have always had the primordial power and right to arrest every violation of the US Constitution — and of our privacy, bank accounts, and businesses — by the federal government.
AmericaAgain! is now about to present Americans with a lawful, peaceful, logical, perpetual mechanism to restore rule of law — and thus limited federal government. The lesser servants will learn very quickly thereafter.

http://www.ThisBloodlessLiberty.comThe latter link is my blog, in which I explain why and how AmericaAgain! intends to help a few million Americans do what must be done, before it’s too late.
We don’t only take on the banksters; we also take on the wicked, rtuthless mercantilists that General Smedley Butler and President Dwight Eisenhower warned us about.
America’s best century may be just ahead. We already have the perfect Constitution; it simply requires enforcement — and I should think that a few hundred State criminal courts, and a few million American households educated and organized for peaceful ‘law-enforcement’ duty, shall begin to make the wicked fear, and the righteous smile as they work in peace.
THAT is the order intended by America’s founders.

I’ve posted my idealistic American’s reaction to Jacques’ article on my own blog. Ideas have consequences; wars and crimes should, too.
