"International tax argument" tax protester is $2,000 poorer

Followup to an earlier post. The sad and predictable results of the Tax Protester Industry turning to the international tax provisions of the Internal Revenue Code: the taxpayer gets shot out of a cannon by the Judge — “Strike those papers, pay this $2,000 fine.”
